Its been a few years but the gracious Tony Psaila has returned to the Sunshine Coast to help us understand “the idea”. Set in the grounds of St Marks in the heart of Buderim, Tony started with idea of ‘raising the spine’ and its importance of setting up the structure and allowing muscles to relax. He then moved into idea of ‘tai gung’ and gave a brief description of its importance and application.
Some other ideas we discussed included floating rather than rooting, applications of the Fook Sau and we also worked our way through some of the opening moves of the Si Lim Tao.
